  • The HRPP Manager will initially serve as the primary operational engine for the office, focusing on clearing existing backlogs by serving as the primary Exempt Reviewer and lead Pre-Reviewer for all Greater than Minimal Risk and Expedited protocols.
  • As internal efficiencies and turnaround times improve, the role will pivot toward high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and the expansion of the HRPP’s foundational infrastructure, spearheading the development of all HRPP SOPs and policies to drive AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in IRB administration
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations (45 CFR 46, 21 CFR 50, 56)
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) credential
  • 2 years of experience in a lead role
  • Experience with electronic IRB submission systems
