The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision and coordination of hospital operations under the direction of the Administrative Director of Nursing.
This role requires responding to clinical emergencies such as Rapid Response, Stroke Alerts, and Trauma while acting as Incident Command until relieved.
The position demands a leader who can develop staffing plans, coordinate bed management, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

Current New Hampshire RN license
Basic Life Support certification
ACLS and PALS certification

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
