Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinates the care plan as according to regulatory requirements and creates the schedule for all Medicare and Medicaid.
Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department.

Key Requirements
Current LPN/LVN license
