  • This role is responsible for day-to-day operational excellence, safe and compliant clearances, strong service levels, and effective leadership of team leaders and frontline associates.
  • You will also play a pivotal role in our transformation journey, supporting major initiatives such as the global IT platform rollout, projects, continuous improvement programs, and employee engagement efforts.
  • This role carries full P&L responsibility for Customs Delivery in Belgium and requires a leader confident in navigating a complex, fast-moving operational environment.
