Lead the day to day planning, operational oversight, and execution of executive protection services for designated senior leaders of the Firm and Firm events, primarily across the UK and EMEA region.
Plan and execute intelligence led protection activities, including advances, route and venue assessments, contingency planning, and coordination for UK and international travel.
Manage and develop executive protection teams and vendors, setting clear performance standards, overseeing recruitment, training, licensing compliance, and service quality.

Ability to function as an operational lead during incidents and crisis situations
Experience managing operating expenses, tracking utilization, and supporting budget planning
