Must-have
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
3 to 5 years clinical care experience
Proficient in EPIC electronic health record
Licensed RN in Wisconsin or compact state
Experience with PDSA and process mapping
Nice-to-have
Master of Science in Nursing degree preferred
Lean Six Sigma and Change Management training
CPHQ certification preferred
Prior leadership experience preferred
Ability to mentor and coach staff
Key Requirements
BSN or healthcare bachelor's degree required
RN license in WI or compact state required
3-5 years acute/post-acute clinical experience
EPIC EHR proficiency required
CPHQ certification preferred within 18 months
