  • Employees are expected to follow strict safety protocols including NFPA 70E Arc-Flash Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out programs.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors and drive systems
  • Read and modify elementary drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks
  • Execute metal joining techniques including welding and brazing
  • Operate shop equipment like lathes, mills, and grinders
  • Install and modify control wiring up to 480 volts AC

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with fast-paced deadline driven teams
  • Knowledge of PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to use tolerance measuring devices
  • Strong safety protocol adherence including Lock Out Tag Out
  • Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance and Automation

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three years industrial manufacturing technician experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Technical degree in Mechatronics or related field accepted in lieu of experience
