Tactical responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and building a 5-10 person team for end-to-end ocean freight movement, recommending supply chain solutions, and ensuring high quality standards and on-time delivery.
Adaptive responsibilities involve monitoring and improving cost-to-serve, empowering the team to prioritize initiatives and experiment for growth, and acting as a strategic consultant on ocean supply chain operations.
