Job Summary

  • The Network Engineer role is responsible for the planning, design, engineering, testing and implementation phases of IT projects to ensure the confidential, integrity, and availability of Patterson's information assets and systems.
  • Accountable for the design, implementation, deployment, integration and initial engineering of IT solutions and enhancements to existing IT solutions within assigned technology area(s).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 2 years experience in network engineering or architecture
  • Experience with network equipment such as Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco
  • Experience with network virtualization technology such as SD-WAN, Azure VLAN
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure AWS
