Recruitment Range: $67,122 - $99,780; Grade: NC19; Benefits: 12 annual paid Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, NC State Retirement

Technical review of construction documents
Knowledge of NC State Building Codes
Experience with multi-disciplinary teams
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to discern technical discrepancies

Key Requirements
Valid NC license to practice architecture
Level III NC Inspector Certificate or ability to obtain within 3 years
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years experience as a registered architect
Valid NC Driver's License required
