Job Summary

  • Key responsibilities include managing leadership and talent development, developing capacity building strategies, overseeing performance management, coordinating staff engagement surveys, and designing new hire orientation.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of experience in HRD, organization effectiveness, or leadership development, and proficiency in Khmer and English.
