• This position requires working in various conditions including heights, hazardous environments, confined spaces, and adverse weather, and is considered 'Essential Personnel' subject to 24-hour span of operations.
• The role involves maintaining all components of HVAC equipment, including air handling systems, boilers, chillers, and controls, with after-hours service calls expected during peak times.
