Job Summary
As a member of a cross-functional team, the DFC Business Analysts directly influence our systems, our operations, and, most importantly, the experience of our customers.
The analyst reports to the DFC Business Systems Supervisor and is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving support tickets, implementing system changes, and creating reports.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
