Job Summary
The Laboratory Support Technician is responsible for routine collection and sterilization of labware, equipment inventory maintenance, handling of biohazard and sharps waste per EHS policies and preparation of commonly used buffers for laboratory staff.
This position reports to the Laboratory Support Manager and is part of the Laboratory Support Team within the Workplace Department located in Cambridge, UK.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to Develop laboratory bench skills via buffer and media preparation Learn glasswasher and autoclave operation.

Periods of standing while carrying out laboratory tasks
