The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Key Requirements
