Take full ownership of all stores and its commercial success and support District Manager in the commercial success of the district by analyzing relevant data and addressing improvement areas.
Lead service by example, maximizing time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor while ensuring managers are on duty focusing on the customer and selling.
