Candidates will be responsible for understanding customer applications, proposing suitable solutions, and conducting trials or demonstrations to demonstrate performance parameters.
The position requires regular interaction with sales teams, OEMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive new business gains and protect customer portfolios.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 to 5 years experience in engineering
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Welding and Cutting market knowledge
Customer trial and demo facilitation
Sales team collaboration and mentoring
Nice-to-have
Strong relationship building with OEMs
Experience in Auto and Fab markets
Ability to conduct Cost Benefit Analysis
Knowledge of IMS safety documentation
Strategic roadmap development skills
