Job Summary
Participates in the delivery of safe, quality patient care by providing clean, disinfected, sterilized instruments, implants, metal goods, and equipment to hospital departments.
Responsible for safe operation of all equipment used for cleaning and sterilization (i.e. HIVAC sterilizer, ultra sonic cleaner, eto, sterrad).
Responsible for checking, resupplying and dispensing of reusable sterile and clean items to all units.
