Job Summary

  • This role provides executive oversight of regulated and non-regulated research, clinical manufacturing, vivarium, and administrative facilities, as well as a complex capital investment portfolio, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, regulatory, and design standards.
  • Own and deliver financial performance across OPEX and CAPEX portfolios, driving productivity, cost discipline, and long-term value realization.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing organization of directors, managers, individual contributors, OTE colleagues, and strategic suppliers.
