Job Summary
Join Aurecon’s HR Team as our first AI Engineer, a newly created role focused on improving how our people experience work through responsible, human-centered AI.
You’ll design, build, and optimise AI powered tools that support recruitment, talent, performance, and career pathways, enabling data driven decision-making and supporting Aurecon’s People Activation Plan and cultural transformation.
This role is open to flexible working arrangements, including part-time, reduced hours, or full time, depending on experience and role scope.
