The Part-time Operations and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for assisting our existing team members with the development of O&M projects, budgets, and refining budgetary tools and processes.
Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, trend analysis & training for Central Utility Plants, Automated Controls, Facilities equipment, Renewable Energy Systems, Steam Distribution, Electrical Distribution, and support systems.

Base: $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: short-term cash incentives; Benefits: Health Care, Retirement, Time off, Disability, Life Insurance, Tuition Assistance

Must-have
Develop OMR&R contracts and budgets
Equipment life-cycle analysis
CMMS software setup
Technical assistance and troubleshooting
Central Utility Plants and Automated Controls
Nice-to-have
Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
Familiarity with water/waste water plant design
Experience with power generation equipment
Key Requirements
10+ years hands-on and leadership experience
10+ years experience developing service contracts
10+ years experience performing facility assessments
