Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, assisting in providing good communication between employees, residents, and families, and developing monthly activity calendars.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for one year of experience in a long-term care facility.
