Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator as soon as practical.
The role requires performing specific nursing care procedures such as measuring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring resident safety regarding skin breakdown.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and assist with transfers
