Job Summary

  • The AVMA Retention Representative is responsible for promoting and renewing assigned Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to existing clients over the phone and through email, email, mail, and fax.
  • This role involves facilitating the application and underwriting process, presenting quotes, closing sales, and documenting activities in the CRM system.
  • Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, previous sales and/or customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a Property and Casualty insurance license.
