Serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem, accountable for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
Lead Workday's semi-annual release cycles, drive new module implementations and enhancements, and manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources.
