The Regional Supplier Development Lead is responsible for leading a regional team to improve supplier performance, capability, and competitiveness, supporting operational, quality, cost, and sustainability objectives.
This role drives continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and long-term supplier partnerships by working cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.
Key responsibilities include managing team assignments, conducting supplier assessments, driving improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma, and mitigating supplier-related risks.
