Base: $115,600 - $163,200 CAD; Bonus: Discretionary variable compensation award available; Benefits: Health, savings, retirement, and paid time off included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years Treasury or Risk experience
Recovery and resolution planning frameworks
Bank resolution regimes and bail-in mechanics
Scenario quantification and financial modeling
Regulatory engagement with Canadian authorities
Nice-to-have
CFA, CPA, or FRM professional designation
Experience with cross-jurisdictional planning
Strong collaboration across multiple functions
Ability to translate narrative assumptions into projections
Key Requirements
10+ years progressive experience in Finance or Risk
Advanced degree or professional designation preferred
Demonstrated ownership of recovery/resolution planning frameworks
Deep knowledge of CET1, LCR, and liquidity mechanics
