Serve as the strategic leader driving the transformation of the Mining Technology Academy (MTA) into an AI-enabled, interactive learning ecosystem tailored for Caterpillar’s global mining community.
Introduce AI technologies, gamification, and advanced analytics to create immersive, personalized learning experiences.
Lead a dedicated team of 12–15 specialists (content developers, translators, multimedia experts) to design and deploy new learning modules.
