  • Manage a team of 30-40 employees in a machine shop setting and work with the Manufacturing Manager to develop Value Stream Improvement Plans to achieve high impact results.
  • Identify and measure short and long-term team goals, which comply with the organizational strategic plans, and use established standard work documents to assure utilization and efficiency of personnel and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 2 years machine shop experience OR Associates degree and 4 years machine shop experience
