Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading the Agile Sourcing (Source to Contract) program and the International CoE for Contracting, enabling the Category Management program across a diverse range of CFS categories and supporting end-to-end contracting process across multiple markets.
  • The Director drives resource allocation for Agile Sourcing employees and outsourced providers supporting this function, ensuring resources have required capabilities in sourcing, contracting, analytics, and are employing leading practices on a fit-for-purpose basis.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, arts or equivalent
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • 5+ years multi-disciplined procurement experience
  • 2+ years managing a direct team
  • Expertise in procurement process knowledge
  • Expertise in contract construction and terms
  • Managerial experience with global teams
