Job Summary
The CNA – Hospice role supports patients and families with dignity, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring comfort and quality of life during a deeply meaningful stage of care.
Essential duties include providing personal care, hygiene support, exercise assistance, and patient ambulation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
The role requires taking and recording vital signs, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, and participating in scheduled weekend rotations.
