The Primary Engineering Manager will play a key role in supporting sales and business development by providing technical expertise in the design of electrification solutions for EHV/HV Substations.
This individual will be responsible for system design, material selection, quantity estimation, various engineering activities associated with a project, and customer technical consultations.
The candidate ensures leadership, skills development and motivation of the teams, manages engineering workload plan of the region, allocates key resources on projects, and defines make or buy strategy for engineering activities.
