This role leads the strategic communication and internal engagement for approximately 3,000 employees across multiple US sites including Herndon, VA, Washington DC, and Miami FL.
The incumbent serves as a primary advisor to US Integrated Functions, Customer Support, and Engineering leadership teams while translating complex milestones into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities include managing internal speaking engagements, overseeing CSR initiatives, and coordinating dignitary visits at non-manufacturing facilities.
