Base: $200,000.00 - $270,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary incentive and equity awards available; Benefits: Full spectrum including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

Strong retail focus in real estate
5+ years senior leadership experience
Experience managing large portfolios
