Manage all retail banking data, including customer, market, payment history, debt collection, and performance data, to create a systematic, modern, and user-friendly database.
Prepare and present reports and data visualizations, reconcile outstanding accounts with credit quality development systems, and generate performance reports for staff and external service providers.
Collaborate with IT to identify infrastructure and database requirements, and train relevant departments on system and database usage, data retrieval, and report generation.
