Job Summary

  • Ensuring production equipment is set up and maintained to produce quality Ziegenfelder treats ready for delivery to customers.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, electronics (PLC’s), and hydraulic systems and providing immediate corrective maintenance support.
  • Completing daily checks of the ammonia refrigeration, boiler, and air systems and inspecting and repairing various facility items.
