Review and update People & Culture policies and procedures and other human resources materials to ensure compliance with human rights standards, anti-discrimination laws, and ethical employment practices.
Develop and implement recruitment procedures and strategies that attract qualified candidates while promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all applicants regardless of protected characteristics.
Implement and maintain all required programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business, while fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Strong knowledge about the Labor Law and its regulations
