Job Summary

  • The VIP Experience Hosts will provide premium professional client services, hospitality, and support in the organization and management of events within the facility, while interacting with Premium clients, facility staff and related personnel to assure all event needs are fulfilled.
  • They will also be responsible for all upgrades and all ancillary transactions at concerts and events.
