Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
  • The position requires a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress while working effectively with residents and personnel.
