Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
The position requires a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress while working effectively with residents and personnel.
