Base: $115,650.00 - $192,750.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable compensation based on performance; Benefits: Robust health plans, 110% 401(k) match, educational assistance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
15+ years petrochemical experience
Structural assessment and repair expertise
Engineer of Record sealing authority
Client development and project management
Nice-to-have
SE licensure preferred
Master's degree or PhD
Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset
Mentorship and knowledge sharing culture
Experience in upstream, midstream, or downstream sectors
Key Requirements
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
