Must-have
Sarbanes-Oxley Act SOX Section 404 knowledge
COSO Internal Control Integrated Framework expertise
IT General Controls (ITGC) lifecycle ownership
User Access Review (UAR) execution and tracking
Segregation of Duties (SoD) control validation
Nice-to-have
Big Four internal audit experience preferred
Automation-forward compliance model mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
Proactive process improvement capabilities
Key Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in IT audit or SOX compliance
Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA preferred
Deep knowledge of risk assessments and control testing
