Job Summary
The role serves as the overall technical authority for OT/ICS cybersecurity across Power Generation, Transmission, and Green Hydrogen Production elements of the NEOM Green Hydrogen project.
Candidates must lead a functional team to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations including NCA ECC, OTCC, and HCIS Sec-12 standards.
This position requires managing end-to-end cybersecurity scope from design gap closure to final proof-of-compliance submission for the Facility Operator.

15+ years ICS/OT cybersecurity leadership
NCA ECC and OTCC regulatory compliance
HCIS Stage-4 project delivery experience
DMZ engineering and network segmentation
Cross-functional team leadership in KSA
ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST CSF expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen project
Vendor and sub-contractor coordination skills
Palo Alto Panorama firewall management
SIEM/Splunk anomaly detection proficiency
Training and handover to facility operators
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
15+ years leadership in ICS/OT cybersecurity on CNI-class facilities
Proven delivery through HCIS Stage-4 milestone
Deep understanding of BPCS, SIS, SCADA architectures
Technical fluency in DMZ design and firewall management
Working experience in KSA regulations (NCA ECC-1:2018, OTCC-1:2022)
