  • This leadership role focuses on developing specialist talent, setting strategic direction, and driving operational excellence across the Global Security Control Center's (GSCC) 24/7 watch operations, training programs, and quality assurance functions.
  • The Senior Manager provides strategic oversight for 24/7 watch operations, owns the Strategic Training Program, Quality Assurance and audit functions, and policy development that define control center standards across the enterprise.
  • The role requires leading and developing a team of 10 specialists, fostering an inclusive culture, and partnering with cross-functional teams across Global Security to ensure readiness, response, and confidence.

  • +10 years progressive experience in security, crisis management, or operations center leadership

  • Experience leading 24/7 watch operations and training/quality assurance functions
  • Demonstrated success overseeing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong strategic planning and program oversight skills
  • Working knowledge of GSOC operational frameworks
  • Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships
  • Executive-level briefing skills
  • Bachelor's degree
