Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for servicing the needs of High Net Worth (HNW) clients and ensuring that each one has a legendary client experience.
  • As part of the team, the Private Banking Client Service Associate will provide administrative support to the Senior Private Banker (SPB) in their achievement of business results, profitability and partner referrals.

Key Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Private Banking or affluent client experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking products, systems, and services
  • Knowledge of commercial and retail credit principles
  • Completion of CSC or IFIC, or willingness to do so
