Job Summary

  • Design and implement IAMC’s total compensation strategy, benefit scheme, incentive scheme, executive compensation under Group HR framework.
  • Implement rewards and recognitions-related activities, including but not limited to Payroll, TCR, annual human capital planning and budgeting, HC management, R&R policies reviews etc.
