The Maintenance Apprentice Program provides a gateway into one of the nation's top multi-family management organizations through hands-on training.
Apprentices will learn essential functions including appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, and customer service strategies under supervision.
Upon completion of the 6-12 week program, qualified apprentices have the opportunity to be hired as full-time employees in a maintenance role.
