Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications ordered by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate and cooperate with facility surveys and quality assurance programs to improve medication processes and resident care.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and other facility personnel while ensuring confidentiality of resident information.
