Job Summary

  • The Refinery Turnover Management System Superintendent is responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing the turnover and handover process of refinery construction systems from Construction to Commissioning, and ultimately to Operations.
  • This position will mobilize to Angola and perform its duties at the construction site.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 8+ years related experience
  • 15+ years average experience
  • 20+ years experience in lieu of formal education
  • 25+ years average experience in lieu of formal education
  • Experience setting up a digital turnover/completions management database system
  • Experience utilizing and manipulating 3D models with completions metadata
  • Experience uploading Inspection Test Reports into Turnover Management System
  • Experience developing a digital work process for punch list processing
  • Experience managing and operating Turnover/Completions Management Database Systems
