Must-have
Strong communication skills in English
Proven experience as HR Business Partner
Knowledge of core HR processes
Experience with Workday or similar systems

Solid understanding of Portugal/Spain labour law
Proactive hands-on approach to problem solving
Experience in digitalization and innovation
Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
Mandatory strong English communication skills
