Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-10 years BA experience in front-office FX
Knowledge of FX swaps, forwards, RFQ workflows
Experience with FX order-management systems
Solid understanding of FIX protocol
Strong stakeholder management with front-office groups
Nice-to-have
Experience in technology-focused teams
Former trader or trading support background
Ability to operate under pressure and shifting priorities
